the Volume of the Interbudget Transfers (дотацій
вирівнювання

бюджету) between the state and the local budgets (the CMU Resolution # 1149, dated December 8, 2010 "The Some

- the computation of the forecasted revenues (the basket), allocated to the local budgets, accounted in the process of the
determining of the interbudget transfers,
- the computation of the volume of the expenses of the local budgets, accounted in the process of the determining of the indicators of the
interbudget transfers,
- the formula of the distribution of the volume of the interbudget transfers (the dotations of the
